To obtain this approval, complete the Request for Approval Form. Click here to download the Request for Approval form. Submit the completed form to gfsmarketing@woolworths.com.au and include copies of any associated artwork that contain WISH Gift Card designs or logos.
Please note Woolworths reserves the right to deny approval or grant approval, subject to conditions, such as amendments, to any artwork submitted.
